Turn an automation on or off

Step by step
In the Automations table, find the row of the automation you want to turn on or off.
In the Enabled column, click the row's switch to turn the automation off; click again to turn it back on.
In the Audience column, read which channels and properties the automation covers. It's saved: the automation is off, and its switch shows it right away.
