The video's steps

  1. In the When step, open the Trigger list: under Reservation moments, choose Booking confirmed.

  2. In the Timing field, set a delay like 1 day after the confirmation, then the hour in the Time field.

  3. In the Details step, enter a Title, then choose Check-in assist in the Type list.

  4. In the Review step, click Create task to save the automatic rule.
