Edit a quick reply

Step by step
On the reply's row, open Quick reply actions, then click Edit.
In the Title field, change the title: the text is edited the same way, in the area below.
Click Save quick reply to confirm your changes and go back to the list of quick replies. It's saved: the quick reply shows its new title in the list.
