Step by step

  1. On the Quick replies tab, click Quick reply actions, at the right of the row you want.

  2. In the menu, click Duplicate to open the copy window.

  3. In the Name field, clear the suggested name, then type the name of the copy. Click Duplicate to create the copy of this quick reply. It's saved: the copy now appears in your quick replies list.
