Step by step

  1. In the inbox, click the Sort button, to the right of the Search field.

  2. The menu offers Needs attention first, Due soonest, Newest first and Oldest first. Pick an order, for example Oldest first: the list reorders right away. That's it: the oldest conversations are now at the top of the inbox.
