Step by step

  1. In the inbox, click the Search field above the list of conversations.

  2. Type a guest name, a property or a word from a message: the list narrows to the matching conversations.

  3. Click the conversation you found: its messages open on the right, with the guest's stay. That's it: the guest's conversation is open, ready to read in the inbox.
