   In the Name field, type your property's name as your guests will see it.

   In the Internal name field, enter the name you use yourself for this property.

   Open the Type list and choose the kind of property, for example House.

   Open the Status list and choose Active or Archived depending on the property's state.

   Write the property's Description, then add your remarks in the Notes field.
