The video's steps
In the Guest section, the Welcome Book opening rules card has an OTA reservations group.
Turn on Documents provided: the guide will wait until the guest has sent their ID.
Turn on Contract signed too: the guest must sign the contract before the guide opens.
The group's counter shows how many of the three conditions are required.
