The video's steps
In the Listing links field, paste your text: one link per line, or a whole message you copied.
In the Recognised listings section, each line shows its verdict: To import, Duplicate or Link not recognised.
Click Ignored to show only the duplicates and the links that are not recognised.
Click Remove this link on the useless line: the link disappears from your text.
