The video's steps

  1. In the Settlements tab, click Record settlement to open the form.

  2. In the Owner field, choose the person the agency is paying this advance to.

  3. Keep the Direction To owner, choose Advance in the Kind list, then type the Amount.

  4. Click Save to confirm: the advance is added to the settlements list.
