Read a review and its sub-scores

   In the review list, click a review to open it in the panel on the right.

   The panel shows the comment, then Cleanliness, Communication, Location and Value for money.

3. At the bottom of the panel, Reply deadline shows when to reply, with the message reply urgently. That's it: you've read the review, its sub-scores and its reply deadline.
