Record a refund or a deposit

The video's steps
On the Money card, click Record payment to open the payment form.
In the Kind field, choose Refund, Deposit held or Deposit returned.
Enter the Amount: a refund or a returned deposit is recorded as a negative amount.
Click Record: the stay's payment status is recomputed right away.
