View the guest's stay alongside the chat

Step by step

   Click a conversation in the list: the Guest and stay panel appears to the right of the chat.

   At the top of the panel, you see the guest's name and where their stay stands.

3. Below, the panel lists the Stay dates, the Total, the Payment status and the Check-in status. The Confirmation code is shown in the panel, with an icon beside it to copy it. That's it: the guest's stay is read beside the conversation, without leaving the inbox.
