Create a booking from availability

Step by step
On the free property's row, click Create reservation to open the booking wizard.
Click Next: on the Dates step, the stay chosen in the list is already selected on the calendar.
Click Next again: on the Guest step, you only have to choose the guest and the status.
That's it: the property and dates are already filled in, so only the guest and the status remain.
