The video's steps

  1. The Guest satisfaction card shows the score out of ten and each criterion, when the period has reviews.

  2. At the bottom of the card, the awaiting-a-reply line shows the reviews you still have to handle.

  3. Higher up, the status block counts your bookings by status, and the Total line gives the whole.
