The video's steps
On the statement page, click Record payout to open the settlement form.
Check the Amount, the Method and the Date: the remaining balance is already filled in.
In the Reference field, type a transfer number so you can find this payout later.
Click Save: the statement moves to Paid and its balance is settled.
