   At the top, read Gross collections, Agency margin and Take rate for the chosen period.

   The Collections over 12 months chart and the Month mix block show where the money comes from.

   In the Statement cycle block, read Paid, Finalized, Drafts and Not started.

4. The To handle block lists what is left to do: To collect, This month's statements, To pay. In the Performance by property block, compare Gross, Agency share and Owner net for each property. Finally, the Taxes block sums up what to declare: VAT collected and Tourist tax collected. That's it: your financial position for the period is all in front of you.
