The video's steps
At the top of the agreement screen, click the Commission step to show the rate.
In the Rate field, clear the old value, then type the new commission rate.
In the What saving changes section, read the effect of the new rate before you save.
On the Review step, read the changes, then click Save to confirm the agreement.
