The video's steps
Tap the Filters icon: you can pick a status, a source, a payment or a property.
For example, choose Unpaid in the Payment section: the button at the bottom says how many stays remain.
Tap the See button: the list now shows only the unpaid stays.
To get everything back, reopen Filters then tap Reset to clear your choices.
