Auto-notify a provider about their task

   On the Provider messages tab, click New provider message, then click Next at the Start from step.

   In the Rule name field, type a name, for example Cleaning briefing, to find it in the list.

   Under When does it fire?, choose On assignment: the message goes out when the provider is put on the task.

   In the Properties section, turn on Limit to specific properties, then leave checked only the ones you want.

5. Write the Notification title, then the Message, inserting a variable such as Provider name. Click Save rule: access codes and wifi never travel in these messages. It's saved: the rule appears in the list and fires on every assignment for these properties.
