Invite a dispatcher

   On the Who step, type the person's Full name and Email, then click Next.

   On the Role step, choose Runs operations: it is the Dispatcher role, for cleanings and tasks.

   On the Properties step, choose All properties, or Only some to limit what the dispatcher sees.

   On the Access step, a dispatcher's rights are on: remove what the person should not do.
